Terms of Vehicle Recovery

Kearns Towing can only let the registered owner of the vehicle get access to a vehicle once it is in our possesion. This includes getting any items out of the vehicle. It does not matter what it was towed for or why. There are no exceptions.

What You Will Need

• Proof of ownership of vehicle (registered owner or lien holder)
• Picture ID (valid state or federal issues ID)
• Cash, we only accept cash as payment before the release of any and all vehicles. No exceptions.

For vehicles picked up after regular business hours there is a $75.00 gate fee.

Personal Belongings

All personal belongings will be released upon request between regular business hours. Items can be claimed at no charge unless picked up after regular business hours. For items picked up after regular business hours there will be a $75.00 gate fee.

Unavailable Registered Owner

If the registered owner is not available, provide a notarized letter from the owner stating you have the authority to pick up the vehicle and or the personal belongings. If deceased please provide power of attorney.
